The phrase 'some pictures' is unnecessary here; 'drawing pictures' is more natural and grammatically correct. 'Some' is often used with plural countable nouns but can be omitted when speaking generally.
× I often draw some pictures such as nature or surroundings when I have a spare time.
✓ I often draw pictures such as nature or surroundings when I have spare time.
The quantifier 'some' is unnecessary before 'pictures' in this context. Also, 'a spare time' is incorrect because 'time' is uncountable here; it should be 'spare time' without an article.
× It allow me to reflex from very busy schedule for somewhat driving is useful.
✓ It allows me to relax from a very busy schedule because driving is somewhat useful.
The subject 'It' requires the verb 'allows' in third person singular form. Also, 'reflex' is incorrect; the correct verb is 'relax'. The sentence structure is improved for clarity.
× I often come up with new idea when I enjoy it, that's why I like.
✓ I often come up with new ideas when I enjoy it; that's why I like it.

✓ I often go to the gallery for an hour.
The phrase 'by hour' is incorrect; the correct preposition is 'for' to indicate duration. Also, 'gallery' needs the definite article 'the'.
× In particularly I like watching the historical arts such as Portugal scholarship, famous art, cause from them I can learn a lot of things.
✓ In particular, I like watching historical art such as Portuguese scholarship and famous artworks because I can learn a lot from them.

× How a lot of history? How do they spend the time?

× Yes I do cause until I until high school student I learned about a lot, but after that I don't have any opportunity to learn about it.
✓ Yes, I do because until I was a high school student, I learned a lot, but after that, I haven't had any opportunity to learn about it.
'Cause' should be 'because' in formal speech. 'Until I until high school student' is incorrect; it should be 'until I was a high school student'. The tense is corrected to present perfect for 'haven't had'.
× I would like to develop it more expatic, that's why I if possible I would like to learn about your art.

'Expatic' is likely a misspelling of 'explicitly'. The sentence is restructured for clarity and correct pronoun placement.
