× I really interesting by the way people are connect and bond our relationship after doing teamwork and also boost our our good side in making an task.
✓ I am really interested by the way people connect and bond our relationship after doing teamwork and also boost our good side in making a task.
The adjective 'interesting' is incorrectly used to describe the speaker's feeling. The correct adjective is 'interested' to express the speaker's feeling. Also, 'connect' should be in base form as it follows 'people' (plural subject). 'An task' is incorrect because 'task' starts with a consonant sound, so 'a task' is correct.
× Yes, I have been teamed up several times before umm in Vietnam student have to uh, get teamwork and make a task assignment before going to school for once a week.
✓ Yes, I have teamed up several times before. Umm, in Vietnam, students have to do teamwork and make a task assignment before going to school once a week.
The phrase 'have been teamed up' is awkward; 'have teamed up' is more natural for past experiences. 'Student' should be plural 'students' to agree with the context. 'Get teamwork' is incorrect; the correct phrase is 'do teamwork'. 'For once a week' is incorrect; 'once a week' is sufficient.
× When working in the team I realized that people cannot doing teamwork well when they are too independent and umm seem that there are mind is every time correct.
✓ When working in the team, I realized that people cannot do teamwork well when they are too independent and seem to think that their mind is always correct.
After 'cannot', the base form of the verb 'do' should be used, not the '-ing' form 'doing'. 'Seem that there are mind is every time correct' is ungrammatical; it should be 'seem to think that their mind is always correct' to express the intended meaning.
× So we need to focus on everyone side and boost them helping them too.
✓ So we need to focus on everyone's side and encourage and help them too.
'Everyone side' should be 'everyone's side' to show possession. 'Boost them helping them' is awkward; better to say 'encourage and help them' for clarity and correctness.
× Well, I think doing teamwork, people have to plan and set a time which everyone are free so that it is not really, uh, comfortable and flexible for me, especially when I'm really hectic every day.
✓ Well, I think when doing teamwork, people have to plan and set a time when everyone is free, so that it is not really comfortable and flexible for me, especially when I'm really busy every day.
'Everyone are free' is incorrect; 'everyone' is singular and requires 'is free'. 'When I'm really hectic' is incorrect because 'hectic' describes a situation, not a person; 'busy' is the correct adjective to describe a person's state.
