When did you start using the internet?

In some debating tournaments, we aren't allowed to use the Internet because this might give some people an advantage of using AI. To prevent these misuse of the Internet and different platforms, some competitions prohibits competitors to use any Internet platform or even Wi-Fi.

I don't think I spend too much time online because I try to limit my time on the Internet. There are some harms to stay online, but when it is necessary, I still take out my phone or my computer and research information or data on the Internet.

Without the Internet, I might panic because a lot of studying requires the Internet right now. For example, in school we need to use Internet platforms to do math exercises, and in debate we need to use the Internet to research different kinds of information, but we can still use books.
