To be honest, I don't get so much time to doing my list whenever I go for shopping. However, sometimes I don't list for my daily necessary things if I get time.

Well, I prefer both the though it depends on my mind. Especially I always try to make a note in my phone as I always carry my phone with me whenever I go. That's why I don't prefer so much making list in my paper.
