Honestly speaking, I never make a list before I shop, I just go to the supermarket and run through the aisles and buy whatever I need just as it comes to my mind. But I think I'll make a habit of preparing a list in future so that I don't miss anything.

I usually don't have a habit of making a list, but if I had to make a list, I would prefer my phone rather than paper because phone is always handy to me and I'll carry my phone wherever I go, so I think that's the reason I'll prefer phone over paper.
