× I make A to do list of the things that I have to be done or need to be done today so that I don't forget to work on something very important.
✓ I make a to-do list of the things that have to be done or need to be done today so that I don't forget to work on something very important.
The phrase 'I have to be done' is incorrect because 'have to' should be followed by the base form of the verb, not the passive past participle. The correct form is 'things that have to be done' to indicate necessity in passive voice. Also, 'A to do list' should be 'a to-do list' with lowercase and hyphenation as it is a compound noun.
× So I'm making a list really helps me manages my time and prioritize my work accordingly.
✓ So making a list really helps me manage my time and prioritize my work accordingly.
The phrase 'helps me manages' is incorrect because after 'helps me', the verb should be in base form 'manage' not 'manages'. Also, 'I'm making a list' is awkward here; 'making a list' as a gerund subject fits better. Therefore, the corrected sentence uses 'making a list really helps me manage...'. This corrects subject-verb agreement and verb form.
× Personally I prefer you making a list on a paper as I don't check my phone that often and if I see the list right in front of me I'll remember things more easily instead of using my phone and going into the apps and stuff.
✓ Personally I prefer making a list on paper as I don't check my phone that often and if I see the list right in front of me I'll remember things more easily instead of using my phone and going into the apps and stuff.
The phrase 'I prefer you making a list' is incorrect because 'prefer' is followed by a gerund or infinitive without 'you' in this context. Also, 'on a paper' should be 'on paper' as 'paper' is an uncountable noun here. Removing 'you' and changing 'on a paper' to 'on paper' corrects the pronoun and preposition usage.
