× I will make a shopping list because I don't like to doing some stuffs before shopping like writing note for just buying it.
✓ I will make a shopping list because I don't like doing some stuff before shopping, like writing notes just to buy them.
The phrase 'don't like to doing' is incorrect because after 'like' we use either the gerund form (verb + -ing) or the infinitive without 'to'. Here, 'doing' is correct but 'to' should be removed. Also, 'stuffs' is incorrect; 'stuff' is uncountable and does not have a plural form. 'Writing note' should be pluralized to 'writing notes' to match the context.
× I will make a shopping list because I don't like to doing some stuffs before shopping like writing note for just buying it.
✓ I will make a shopping list because I don't like doing some stuff before shopping, like writing notes just to buy them.
The word 'stuffs' is incorrect because 'stuff' is an uncountable noun and does not have a plural form. Use 'some stuff' instead. Also, 'writing note' should be 'writing notes' to indicate multiple notes.
× So when I doing it, it's, uh, very in the morning.
✓ So when I am doing it, it's, uh, very early in the morning.
The phrase 'when I doing it' is incorrect because the verb 'doing' needs an auxiliary verb 'am' to form the present continuous tense: 'I am doing'. Also, 'very in the morning' is incomplete; 'very early in the morning' is more appropriate.
× So when I doing it, it's, uh, very in the morning.
✓ So when I am doing it, it's, uh, very early in the morning.
The preposition 'in' is incomplete here. The correct phrase is 'early in the morning' to indicate time.
× Uh, what I, the reason why I do it is, uh, I can clarify what I have to do in, in that day and my, it's going to be my head is clear.
✓ The reason why I do it is that I can clarify what I have to do that day, and my head will be clear.
The sentence has unclear pronoun usage and awkward phrasing. 'In that day' should be 'that day'. 'My, it's going to be my head is clear' is incorrect; it should be 'my head will be clear' to express future state clearly.
× First of all, somebody who can have don't need to do the task.
✓ First of all, some people don't need to do the task.
'Somebody who can have don't need' is grammatically incorrect and confusing. The correct phrase is 'some people don't need' to express the intended meaning clearly.
× First of all, somebody who can have don't need to do the task. It's very annoying and more.
✓ First of all, some people don't need to do the task. It's very annoying and more so.
'Somebody who can have don't need' is incorrect quantifier usage. Also, 'and more' is incomplete; 'and more so' or 'and even more' would be better to complete the thought.
× I always make A to do list in the first of day and when Then when I do that my head is very clear and I realize what I should do in in that day.
✓ I always make a to-do list at the beginning of the day, and when I do that, my head is very clear and I realize what I should do that day.
The phrase 'in the first of day' is incorrect; the correct preposition is 'at the beginning of the day'. Also, 'in in that day' should be 'that day' without preposition. 'A to do list' should be 'a to-do list' with hyphens.
