× No, I did not make a list.
✓ No, I do not make a list.
The question is in present tense 'Do you make a list?', so the answer should also be in present tense. Using past tense 'did not make' is inconsistent here.
× When I shop and then I go shopping, I just buy stuff that my head and heart inside towards.
✓ When I shop, I just buy stuff that my head and heart guide me towards.
The original sentence is awkward and unclear. 'When I shop and then I go shopping' is redundant. Also, 'stuff that my head and heart inside towards' is grammatically incorrect and unclear. The correction clarifies the meaning and improves sentence structure.
× I make A to do list for my work, though I have not been the person who followed oftenly but yes it does work.
✓ I make a to-do list for my work, though I have not been the person who follows it often, but yes, it does work.
'A' should be lowercase 'a'. 'To do list' should be hyphenated as 'to-do list'. 'Followed oftenly' is incorrect; 'oftenly' is not a word, and past tense 'followed' does not fit here. Present tense 'follows' and adverb 'often' are correct.
× When I exams around within it's exam season it definitely does well then, but mostly no.
✓ When exams are around during exam season, it definitely works well then, but mostly no.
'When I exams around within it's exam season' is incorrect. 'Exams' is a noun, so 'I exams' is wrong. 'Within it's exam season' should be 'during exam season'. Also, 'does well' is better as 'works well' in this context.
× Though it's completely up to them, but in some people I would include myself as well.
✓ Though it's completely up to them, I would include myself among those people as well.
Using both 'Though' and 'but' together is redundant. Also, 'in some people' is incorrect; 'among those people' is appropriate.

✓ I do not like to make myself less because I'm generally not an organized person and I like to do things as they come to me.
The sentence mixes past tense 'did not like' with present context. Also, 'make me less' should be 'make myself less' to use the reflexive pronoun correctly. 'Come towards me' is better as 'come to me'.
× I prefer to make a list of my phone as I have reminders set for them and whenever I need to complete the task my phones is things me and I get reminded for it.
✓ I prefer to make a list on my phone as I have reminders set for them, and whenever I need to complete a task, my phone reminds me and I get notified.
'Make a list of my phone' should be 'make a list on my phone'. 'My phones is things me' is incorrect; it should be 'my phone reminds me'. Also, 'I get reminded for it' is better as 'I get notified' or 'I get reminded' without 'for it'.
× Though paper is more of a traditional way to make list but I would still prefer a phone over paper any day.
✓ Though paper is a more traditional way to make a list, I would still prefer a phone over paper any day.
