× Right now I'll I'm liking hot weather because I just like to wear cute outfits in the hot weather, the cute little tank tops and all.
✓ Right now I like hot weather because I just like to wear cute outfits in the hot weather, the cute little tank tops and all.
The verb 'like' is a stative verb and is not usually used in the present continuous form ('I'm liking'). The correct form is the simple present 'I like' to express a general preference or feeling.
× Personally I prefer a dry weather because I just like to be cool always.
✓ Personally I prefer dry weather because I just like to be cool always.
The noun 'weather' is an uncountable noun and does not require the indefinite article 'a'. Using 'a' before 'dry weather' is incorrect; it should be omitted.
× That's why I just like the weather when it's a dry weather and there's not really much humidity there's.
✓ That's why I just like the weather when it's dry and there's not really much humidity.
Again, 'weather' is uncountable and does not take the article 'a'. Also, the phrase 'there's not really much humidity there's' is redundant and awkward; it is better to say 'there's not really much humidity'.
× Like I don't like the definite weathers.
✓ Like I don't like definite weathers.
The phrase 'the definite weathers' is incorrect because 'weather' is uncountable and does not have a plural form. Instead, 'definite weather' or 'definite types of weather' would be more appropriate. However, since 'weathers' is used, it is incorrect. The article 'the' is also unnecessary here.
