× Not that much, but I was practicing writing nowadays in order for me to enhance my writing skills especially in English and as well as writing expresses helps me express my feelings whenever I am sad.
✓ Not that much, but I have been practicing writing nowadays in order to enhance my writing skills, especially in English, and writing also helps me express my feelings whenever I am sad.
The phrase 'I was practicing' suggests past continuous tense, which is not appropriate with 'nowadays' indicating current ongoing action. The present perfect continuous 'have been practicing' fits better. Also, 'writing expresses helps me express' is incorrect; 'writing also helps me express' is correct. 'In order for me to' is better simplified to 'in order to'.
× Sometimes I often forget what to say or sometimes whenever I try to speak to someone especially.
✓ Sometimes I often forget what to say, especially whenever I try to speak to someone.
The sentence is fragmented and redundant with 'sometimes' and 'often' used together and an incomplete ending. Combining and restructuring improves clarity and grammatical correctness.
× In a meeting or something I before I speak I usually write down what are the topics as well as what other.
✓ In a meeting or something, before I speak, I usually write down the topics as well as other important points.
The original sentence has incorrect word order and incomplete phrases. 'I before I speak' is incorrect; it should be 'before I speak'. 'What are the topics' is a question form, but here it should be a statement: 'the topics'. 'What other' is incomplete and unclear; 'other important points' clarifies the meaning.
× But sometimes whenever I try to speak to it, some words change and that is different from what I have wrote.
✓ But sometimes whenever I try to speak, some words change and that is different from what I have written.
The verb 'wrote' is simple past tense, but after 'have' we need the past participle form 'written'. Also, 'speak to it' is unclear and unnecessary; 'speak' alone suffices.
× I prefer handwriting for me to exercise my hands as well as I believe that my hand is connected.
✓ I prefer handwriting because it helps me exercise my hands, and I believe that my hand is connected.
The phrase 'for me to exercise' is awkward; 'because it helps me exercise' is clearer. Also, 'as well as' is better replaced with 'and' to connect the ideas smoothly.
× My hand is nervous connected in my brain.
✓ My hand is nervously connected to my brain.
'Nervous' is an adjective, but here an adverb 'nervously' is needed to modify 'connected'. Also, the preposition 'in' is incorrect; 'connected to' is the correct phrase.
× That's why it's easier for me to write down ideas through hands.
✓ That's why it's easier for me to write down ideas by hand.
The phrase 'through hands' is incorrect; the correct expression is 'by hand' to indicate handwriting.
