× I can say Alanya is my motherland because I was born and raised in that, in this culture, in this Mediterranean culture, and I had to move Istanbul to study psychology in Boston University.
✓ I can say Alanya is my motherland because I was born and raised there, in this culture, in this Mediterranean culture, and I had to move to Istanbul to study psychology at Boston University.
The phrase 'born and raised in that' is incorrect; 'that' should be replaced with 'there' to indicate location. Also, 'move Istanbul' lacks the preposition 'to' which is necessary after 'move' when indicating destination. Additionally, 'in Boston University' should be 'at Boston University' because 'at' is the correct preposition for institutions.
× But nowadays I returned Alanya and I'm taking rest before going master.
✓ But nowadays I have returned to Alanya and I'm resting before starting my master's degree.
The verb 'returned' is past tense but 'nowadays' suggests present relevance, so present perfect 'have returned' is appropriate. Also, 'returned Alanya' lacks the preposition 'to'. 'Taking rest' is better expressed as 'resting'. 'Going master' is incorrect; it should be 'starting my master's degree' to express the intended meaning.
× When I tried to introduce aligned to other people, I always talked about beautiful beaches, amazing natural beauties, a lot of fun fountains and cultural exhibitions and festivals is the main features in my conversation.
✓ When I try to introduce Alanya to other people, I always talk about beautiful beaches, amazing natural beauties, many fun fountains, and cultural exhibitions and festivals which are the main features in my conversation.
The phrase 'introduce aligned to other people' is incorrect; it should be 'introduce Alanya to other people'. The verb tense should be present to match the habitual action. 'A lot of fun fountains' is better as 'many fun fountains' because 'many' is used with countable nouns. Also, 'festivals is' should be 'festivals are' to agree in number.
× I spent almost 18 years in there after I had to go to university to study psychology.
✓ I spent almost 18 years there before I had to go to university to study psychology.
The phrase 'in there' is incorrect; 'there' alone is sufficient to indicate location. Also, 'after I had to go' is illogical because 'after' suggests a sequence; 'before' fits better to indicate the time spent prior to going to university.
× Then I returned back to live here until, uh, going until going master degree.
✓ Then I returned here to live until I start my master's degree.
The phrase 'returned back' is redundant; 'returned' already implies 'back'. 'Going until going master degree' is incorrect; it should be 'until I start my master's degree' to express the intended meaning clearly.
× We have two beautiful universities, one of them is Seaside, one of them in the mountains, but actually a lot of students are coming from different places in the Turkey to study here and I think it's a livable place in the earth to be study.
✓ We have two beautiful universities, one by the seaside, one in the mountains, and many students come from different places in Turkey to study here. I think it's a livable place on earth to study.
'One of them in the mountains' lacks a verb; it should be 'one is in the mountains'. 'A lot of students are coming' is better as 'many students come' for general statements. 'In the Turkey' is incorrect; 'Turkey' does not need 'the'. 'A livable place in the earth' should be 'on earth'. 'To be study' is incorrect; it should be 'to study'.
