Yes, of course. I remember that my mother didn't allow me to use the Internet when I was in the primary school. She thinks it would be harmful to my study and it makes me feel distracted.

Definitely yes. Sometimes I think it is harmful to my health because I pay more attention to the online. I need more time to enjoy the atmosphere in the nature and I would pay more attention to the nature and my study work.

Well, I prefer to read an interesting book without the Internet because I want to improve my ability of writing. So I would read some books and I do enjoy the quiet atmosphere when I read a book.
