Yes. When I was a kid, I used to play with something like crossword puzzles and Rubik's Cube all the time. They were really fascinating. They were challenging but not too overwhelming, which made them perfect for somebody my age back then, and I felt a strong sense of excitement.

Well, I enjoy the word puzzles more even though I'm probably better at number puzzles which are logical and regular, but the word puzzles require a range of knowledge like history and culture, so it's really challenging for me. I love it.

Well, absolutely. It gives them something meaningful to do in their free time. Most importantly, it keeps their minds sharp. So I think it's a great way to maintain the cognitive health thing for some people like me.
