Definitely all of the time. For example, if I'm at school, I might say, Oh my God, I forgot my assignment when I left my home, I might say, oh, I forgot my key. So definitely I'm a really forgettable person. So that's why, like I said, I need like a list, a memo on my phone to keep track of things.

수험생
Definitely a lot of things for me. I'm still a student, so I have to memorize all of the textbook knowledge. And I'm also a daughter, so I have to remember to make breakfast for my mom. And yeah, just a lot of things in total. And sometimes I feel really overstimulated and that makes me forget things.

× I'm not a person that has a good memory, but in order to memorize things I started this habit of tracking things down on a list and making a list for everything I need to remember.
✓ I'm not a person who has a good memory, but in order to memorize things I started this habit of tracking things down on a list and making a list for everything I need to remember.
The relative pronoun 'that' is incorrectly used for people; 'who' should be used instead to refer to a person. This is a common singular/plural and pronoun usage issue.
× ...but in order to memorize things I started this habit of tracking things down on a list and making a list for everything I need to remember.
✓ ...but in order to memorize things I have started this habit of tracking things down on a list and making a list for everything I need to remember.
The present perfect tense 'have started' is more appropriate here because the habit started in the past and continues to the present. Using simple past 'started' suggests the action is completed and not ongoing.
× Definitely all of the time.
✓ Definitely, all the time.
Adding a comma after 'Definitely' improves clarity and naturalness. Also, 'all the time' is the correct fixed phrase rather than 'all of the time' in spoken English.
× For example, if I'm at school, I might say, Oh my God, I forgot my assignment when I left my home, I might say, oh, I forgot my key.
✓ For example, if I'm at school, I might say, 'Oh my God, I forgot my assignment when I left home.' I might also say, 'Oh, I forgot my key.'
The sentence is a run-on and lacks proper punctuation and quotation marks for direct speech. Also, 'my home' is better as 'home' in this context. Proper punctuation clarifies meaning and improves sentence structure.
× So definitely I'm a really forgettable person.
✓ So definitely, I'm a really forgetful person.
'Forgettable' means something that can be forgotten by others, while 'forgetful' describes a person who often forgets things. The correct adjective here is 'forgetful'. Also, a comma after 'definitely' improves flow.
× So that's why, like I said, I need like a list, a memo on my phone to keep track of things.
✓ So that's why, like I said, I need a list, a memo on my phone to keep track of things.
The repeated use of 'like' is unnecessary and informal. Removing the second 'like' makes the sentence clearer and more grammatically correct.
× I'm still a student, so I have to memorize all of the textbook knowledge.
✓ I'm still a student, so I have to memorize all the textbook knowledge.
The phrase 'all of the' is often unnecessarily wordy; 'all the' is more natural and concise. This is a minor plural/quantifier issue.
× And I'm also a daughter, so I have to remember to make breakfast for my mom.
✓ And I'm also a daughter, so I have to remember to make breakfast for my mother.
Using 'mom' is informal; 'mother' is more appropriate in formal or semi-formal speech. This is a style choice rather than a strict grammar error, but improves clarity and tone.
× And sometimes I feel really overstimulated and that makes me forget things.
✓ And sometimes I feel really overstimulated, and that makes me forget things.
Adding a comma before 'and' separates the two independent clauses, improving sentence structure and readability.
× Like I said before, I like to make a list, or in other words, make a memo on my phone to keep track of what things I need to remember for today.
✓ Like I said before, I like to make a list, or in other words, make a memo on my phone to keep track of the things I need to remember today.
The phrase 'what things' is awkward here; 'the things' is more natural. Also, 'for today' can be simplified to 'today' for smoother flow.
