I definitely prefer communicate face to face because in a social media platform we can't see each others face, we can't see each others expressions and overall like we just can't umm know what they're truly thinking. So when we are face to face we get lots of small details that we pick up and it's just help our friendships.

Yes, of course we are all human and the human nature is to argue and contrast be in between our characteristic. We can only get to know better of each other by arguing and by umm, working it out again. And this is what I call friendship.
