Oh, absolutely, yes. I sometimes I will make a list for my work like what I should do today and what I should do during this work. It is sometimes it will work. Uh, if there are there, it don't have other things to uh, destroy my planes and the list is really important for me.

From a perspective, I think some people don't make lazy because they think the list is a limitation for them. They they like freedom and don't want it to want it the least to to affect their decisions and their behaviour.

In my opinion, I prefer to make a list on my phone because and nowadays the phones are really important for us and I and we carried it all the time. So I make a list on the phone can let me, uh, can let me see and check the list all the time and whene whenever I want it, uh, uh, the paper, it have a limitation.
