When I go shopping, I actually do not tend to make a list because I feel like it is a waste of time and I don't feel the need to prepare everything that I want to buy. Instead, I would rather go to the shop and just buy everything that I want there in that moment.

I prefer to make a list on my phone because it is much more convenient than having to pull off a pen and write it down on paper. Plus, a phone is more portable. I can bring it anywhere and I I believe that this will help me control my list much better.
