Well, at first I may get frustrated or distracted, but after that I often told myself that why I need to finish that and I take it step by step and whenever I finish one of that I will reward myself. I think that's a good way for me to keep doing things.

Yes, as I mentioned, I'm studying in social work, so being a social work patient is so important. You always need to give your client time to process, give them time to react and I cannot push them to to push them. So I think patience is really important.

Well, actually I think I was more patient when I was a child because you back back then I no pressure, have a lot of time, I've no deadlines and I don't need to rush or multitask. So but then when I get older, I always feel there are not enough time.
