Part 1
試験官
Does your name have any special meaning?
受験者
For sure it does, but I'm not sure about a particular meaning of my name. I remember I really refers to some characteristics of a person, but I can't remember particular ones. I would like to have a name with a specific meaning, but unfortunately I don't, so I don't regret it so much.
試験官
How would you choose names for your next generation?
受験者
Probably just according to the sound of those names, like how beautiful and well organized they sound. I wouldn't pay much attention to the meaning of a name it it's not so significant for me just if it's going to be spelled beautifully and said beautifully as well.
試験官
Does anyone in your family have the same name as you?
受験者
I don't have anyone in my close family with the same name, but I remember they have some long long relative who has the same name Irina as me. So for my extended family, yes I have someone with the same name. It's not so rare.
試験官
Are there any differences between how Chinese name their children now and in the past?
受験者
I can't say for sure as I'm not concerned in this sphere, but I can suggest that yes, it has changed a little due to the fact that now people have different priorities for naming their children, different traditions and customs. So yes, I think there are some differences.
試験官
Are there any names that are more popular than others in China?
受験者
Maybe I can only say maybe. Like I said, I'm not a connoisseur, uh, in Chinese culture, in China names habits of naming several children, but I'm sure there are some names that are more popular than others because of their meaning, because of the way they're spelled, and so on.

× I remember I really refers to some characteristics of a person, but I can't remember particular ones.
✓ I remember it really refers to some characteristics of a person, but I can't remember particular ones.
The original sentence incorrectly uses 'I' as the subject for 'refers', which should be 'it' to refer to the name. The verb 'refers' is correctly in third person singular form, but the subject must match. Replacing 'I' with 'it' corrects the subject-verb agreement and clarifies the meaning.
× I wouldn't pay much attention to the meaning of a name it it's not so significant for me just if it's going to be spelled beautifully and said beautifully as well.
✓ I wouldn't pay much attention to the meaning of a name if it's not so significant for me, just if it's going to be spelled beautifully and said beautifully as well.
The original sentence lacks a conjunction between two independent clauses, causing a run-on sentence. Adding 'if' before 'it's not so significant' properly connects the clauses and clarifies the conditional meaning.
× I can't say for sure as I'm not concerned in this sphere, but I can suggest that yes, it has changed a little due to the fact that now people have different priorities for naming their children, different traditions and customs.
✓ I can't say for sure as I'm not concerned with this sphere, but I can suggest that yes, it has changed a little due to the fact that now people have different priorities for naming their children, different traditions and customs.
The phrase 'concerned in' is incorrect; the correct preposition is 'concerned with' when expressing involvement or interest in a subject. Changing 'in' to 'with' corrects the prepositional usage.
