I think a lot of people don't say anything at the time. If they go to a restaurant, for example, and the service is bad, or the food is cold, whatever, I think a lot of people just accept it and stay schtum. They want to avoid conflict in any way they can. But, once they leave the restaurant, they are probably straight onto their phones and writing a scathing review on the internet about them, and this is more damaging than kicking up a fuss in the actual restaurant.
