Where do you study?
Candidato
I'm a Yambian University student which is located in Yambian and is also my hometown. It only takes me 15 minutes walk from my home so it's really convenient.
Examinador
Is it a good place to study?
Candidato
I say the environment at my school is very good for study. There are enough libraries and self study rooms, so if you're motivated it's a definitely decent place to focus on your work.
Examinador
Would you like the place where you study to make any changes?
Candidato
Yes, I really wish the main classroom building to be renovated. It doesn't get much natural lights so it's quite make me sleepy during class and after a whole day of classes there I'm a bit depressed.

What are your future study plans?

Well, I'm going to graduate this summer and plan to do my master degree abroad. I'm not quite sure yet, but I'll probably get a PhD and work in a lab in the future.
Do you work or are you a student?
예를 들어 ‘do my master degree’는 ‘do a master’s degree’ 또는 ‘pursue a master's degree’로 바꾸고, 불필요하게 길게 이어지는 정보를 두 문장으로 나눠 주세요. 또한 ‘be a student for quite a while’ 같이 자연스럽지 않은 표현은 ‘remain a student for a while’로 개선할 수 있습니다.
Ejemplo: I'm currently a university student majoring in pharmacy. I will graduate this summer and plan to pursue a master's degree abroad, so I'll remain a student for some time.
Where do you study?
예: ‘a Yambian University student which is located in Yambian’는 어색합니다. ‘at Yambian University in my hometown’처럼 간결하게 말하고 ‘15 minutes' walk’ 앞에는 관사나 전치사 사용을 확인하세요.
Ejemplo: I study at Yambian University, which is in my hometown. It's only about a 15-minute walk from my house, so it's very convenient.
Is it a good place to study?
‘I say’ 대신 ‘I think’ 혹은 ‘I find’가 더 적절하고 ‘very good for study’는 ‘very good for studying’로 고치세요. 연결어 사용은 적절했지만 ‘it's a definitely decent place’에서 어순과 관사 오류를 수정하세요.
Ejemplo: I think the study environment at my school is very good. There are sufficient libraries and self-study rooms, so if you're motivated it's definitely a decent place to concentrate on your work.
Would you like the place where you study to make any changes?
예: ‘wish the main classroom building to be renovated’는 ‘would like the main classroom building to be renovated’로, ‘doesn't get much natural lights’는 ‘doesn't get much natural light’로 수정하세요. 또한 ‘quite make me sleepy’는 ‘makes me quite sleepy’로 바꿔야 합니다.
Ejemplo: Yes, I would like the main classroom building to be renovated because it doesn't get much natural light. As a result, I often feel sleepy during lessons; adding larger windows or better lighting would help improve students' focus and mood.
What are your future study plans?
‘do my master degree’는 ‘pursue a master's degree’로 바꾸고, 미래 계획을 단계별로 깔끔히 나누어 말하면 좋습니다. 또한 ‘I'm not quite sure yet’ 뒤에 가능한 옵션을 제시하여 구체성을 높이세요.
Ejemplo: I'm graduating this summer and plan to pursue a master's degree abroad. After that, I might continue to a PhD and hope to work in a research laboratory, although I haven't decided on the exact field yet.
× Well, currently I'm a student. More specifically, I'm a university student majoring in pharmacy and I'm going to graduate this summer and do my master degree abroad, which means be a student for quite a while.
✓ Well, currently I'm a student. More specifically, I'm a university student majoring in pharmacy and I'm going to graduate this summer and do my master's degree abroad, which means I'll be a student for quite a while.
'be a student for quite a while'는 자연스러운 미래진행을 표현하려면 'I'll be' 또는 'I will be'와 같이 조동사를 사용해야 합니다. 제안: 미래를 말할 때는 'will'이나 'going to'를 사용하여 명확히 하고 학위 표기는 'master's degree'로 쓸 것.
× I'm a Yambian University student which is located in Yambian and is also my hometown.
✓ I'm a Yambian University student, which is located in Yambian and is also in my hometown.
'is also my hometown'는 의미상 학교가 고향에 '있다'고 말하려면 'in my hometown'가 필요합니다.
× It only takes me 15 minutes walk from my home so it's really convenient.
✓ It only takes me a 15-minute walk from my home, so it's really convenient.
'15 minutes walk' 대신 'a 15-minute walk' 또는 '15 minutes'로 표현해야 합니다.
× I say the environment at my school is very good for study.
✓ I would say the environment at my school is very good for studying.
'good for study'는 자연스럽지 않고 'good for studying' 또는 'good for studying in'으로 고쳐야 합니다.
× There are enough libraries and self study rooms, so if you're motivated it's a definitely decent place to focus on your work.
✓ There are enough libraries and self-study rooms, so if you're motivated it's definitely a decent place to focus on your work.
'self study rooms'는 복합 명사로 하이픈을 사용해 'self-study rooms'로 고쳐야 하고, 'a definitely decent place'에서 관사 위치가 잘못되어 'it's definitely a decent place'가 자연스럽습니다.
× Yes, I really wish the main classroom building to be renovated.
✓ Yes, I really wish the main classroom building to be renovated.
문장 구조상 'wish' 동사 뒤에 'to be renovated' 대신 that 절이나 다른 표현을 사용하는 것이 더 자연스럽습니다. 권장 수정: 'I really wish the main classroom building would be renovated.' 또는 'I really wish that the main classroom building were renovated.'
× It doesn't get much natural lights so it's quite make me sleepy during class and after a whole day of classes there I'm a bit depressed.
✓ It doesn't get much natural light, so it quite makes me sleepy during class, and after a whole day of classes there I'm a bit depressed.
'natural lights'는 불가산 명사 'natural light'로 써야 하고 'it's quite make me sleepy'는 어순과 동사 형태 오류로 'it quite makes me sleepy' 또는 'it makes me quite sleepy'가 맞습니다.
× Well, I'm going to graduate this summer and plan to do my master degree abroad.
✓ Well, I'm going to graduate this summer and plan to do my master's degree abroad.
시제 'going to graduate'와 'plan to do'는 미래 계획에 적절합니다.
× I'm not quite sure yet, but I'll probably get a PhD and work in a lab in the future.
✓ I'm not quite sure yet, but I'll probably get a PhD and work in a lab in the future.
