Absolutely. I did make a list when I go shopping, especially for groceries and also robots as I sometimes really kind of like limit me to like a certain extent of like products. So I would not be like all buying or like forgetting what I have to buy. So it really helps me to shape the habit of healthy shopping.

So I would say that having like weekly planner allows people like me to like have more flexibility and room to wriggle around and to reduce the any distress when it comes to planning.

For me, I really love paper planning like physical planner because I don't know why, but I love like using my handwriting as like it gives me like a sense more productivity and also like I can have something to hold and just say help me accountable throughout the day.
